Long Lives the Spirit of Brother Phillip Muhammad
Dammahum grew up during the magical early 1970s era when there were no video games or cell phones, and color televisions were uncommon. Instead, children played with marbles, water hoses, and insects as often as possible.

Dammahum was an ordinary boy with a rare superhero power: empathy. He used his empathy to fight against injustices like bullying at school.

Dammahum's teacher and his classmates learned a valuable lesson when another student targeted a girl to bully. Dammahum's superhero power of empathy helped him use courage, leadership, and compassion to help build a safe classroom.
